Zeferino John Madrigal III

Commander, Chapter 210
Commander, Department of California

Zeferino John Madrigal III is a U.S. Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient. He leads Chapter 210 and the Department of California, Military Order of the Purple Heart. His work emphasizes veteran connection, community service, youth recognition, and preservation of the stories behind the Purple Heart.

Devin Harris

Chair, 2028 Planning Committee

Devin Harris is a member of Chapter 210 and chairs its 2028 Planning Committee. He leads coordination of the proposed traveling museum hosting effort and conversations with prospective project partners, working with chapter leadership.

Volunteer-led. Service-driven.

Every Chapter 210 leadership position is an unpaid volunteer role. Contributions support approved chapter work and project needs.
